pas analyzes passwd files, sorting and translating various fields of the login to identify system administrators, shell type, shadowing method, shadow backups, and login count, as well as parsing the logins, allowing the user to browse through the passwd file. It also strips partially shadowed passwd files of shadowed logins, preparing it for use with a passwd cracker.
